Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps
Supplier: Aptagram S.r.l.
1. Scope
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the Aptagram application (“App”) published by Aptagram S.r.l. (“Supplier”) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. License Grant
Subject to payment of the applicable subscription fees and compliance with this EULA, the Supplier grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the App within the Customer’s licensed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment for the duration of the applicable subscription.
3. Subscription
The App is licensed on a subscription basis. The license remains valid only for the applicable subscription period and is subject to the commercial terms applicable to the Customer’s subscription. Unless otherwise agreed, renewal is required for continued use.
4. Restrictions
The Customer shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by the Supplier in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, documentation, design, and related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of the Supplier or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer.
6. Support and Updates
Support, maintenance, and updates are provided according to the Supplier’s applicable service terms, if any. The Supplier may release updates, improvements, or changes to the App at its discretion.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may depend on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other Microsoft or third-party services. The Supplier is not responsible for the availability or operation of services outside its reasonable control.
8. Warranty and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Supplier excludes all warranties not expressly stated in this EULA and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
9. Termination
The license terminates automatically when the applicable subscription expires or is terminated. Upon termination, the Customer shall cease using the App and remove it where applicable.
10. Governing Terms
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to Aptagram S.r.l., without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable law. Any mandatory Microsoft AppSource or Microsoft Dynamics 365 terms applicable to the App and the Customer remain unaffected.
11. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using the App, the Customer acknowledges that it has read and accepted this EULA.
