SealGuard Verifies Every Seal and Cap.
Nothing Leaves the Line Unchecked.

Computer-vision software that inspects state seals and cap closures on beverage bottling lines in real time — catching a missing seal or a cap that's poorly closed or missing before the case ever reaches a truck.

AI-powered seal and cap inspection, built for the pace of Italian beverage bottling lines — extendable to other product checks case by case.

Built to Keep the Line Moving

Every stopped line costs money. SealGuard flags non-conformities the instant they happen, so operators can act before a bad case ever reaches a truck.

Computer Vision

AI-Powered Visual Inspection

A camera trained on your line reads every bottle as it passes, identifying state seals and cap closures that would otherwise need a person watching the belt all shift long.

  • State seal presence
  • Cap and closure verification, across bottle shapes and glass colors
  • Line-stop, audible, and configurable email alerts the moment something's off

Built for Real Lines

Designed around the actual constraints of beverage bottling: dozens of seal and cap formats, glass colors, and line speeds up to thousands of bottles an hour.

Dynamic Recognition

Thousands of seal and cap formats, across bottle shapes and glass colors — no manual re-templating every time a product changes.

Fast, Guided Setup

Set the compliant bottle count per case, activate recognition, and watch results in real time — no specialized staff required.

Integrates with Your Systems

Connects with your management software: production statistics, non-conformity reporting, and images linked back to customer orders.

Case Study

Zanin 1895

A historic Italian distillery, at the foot of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, producing over three million bottles across more than fifty products.

50+ Different products

The Challenge

At high line speeds, a small share of production needed rework: a missing or misapplied state seal, a missing cap, or a case shipped with a missing bottle. Occasional, but unacceptable for a distillery built on product perfection — and previously catchable only by having someone watch the line.

The Solution

An advanced camera was installed over the line, framing the belt as bottles pass, and interfaced with SealGuard. The system now flags anomalies to the operator as they happen, removing the need for a constantly attentive line watcher.
